PPC Policy:We have no restrictions on PPC activity

Hello All,
what does it really means when a merchant says:

PPC Policy:We have no restrictions on PPC activity

does it means,

1--- you can bid on their brand names?
2--- you can link directly to their site?
3--- you can use their URL misspell as a domain name?

or what does it imply
Thanks

    hey Viantea
I would contact the merchant and ask them the question. Guessing game can hurt in the long run.

Yes there is, they can sue for trademark infringement.

A merchant's "PPC policy" does not trump the law.
