Have you made money with bing ads? What is your experience with them. I promoted Amazon Products and got only 3 products sold and one that did not shipped. So from a 50 voucher I made 1.20 bucks. What am I doing wrong?

Try to send the traffic to a squeeze page first, redirect the people who will opt-in to a well paying affiliate offer and set up your autoresponder with emails that they'll be getting from you over the next few days/weeks.
Amazon doesn't pay out much in comissions so I'd forget about sending paid traffic to your Amazon affiliate links...
    Hope that helps

    What am I doing wrong?
    1. Not sending your traffic to a squeeze page.

    2. Promoting low paying products.

I second Artflair. I don't recommend using Bing ads for Amazon products unless you have a professional website selling Amazon products, then there's a bigger chance for the visitor to buy more or something else.

The method mentioned by Artflair is much safer. For example, you have a site selling a specific group of products in a specific category. Having an email list with follow up emails will stretch your space for advertising because you won't lose those visitors 100% if they don't immediately buy something. You can still promote products to them in the future via emails.

    Hope it helps!

I, too, agree with artflair. I have done quite a lot of advertising with Bing ads; they do work, but you won't set the world on fire with either Bing or Amazon. It's the follow up and the higher priced offers that will get you to where you want to be.

"What am I doing wrong?" is never easy to answer confidently without seeing for yourself everything that someone's doing.

    We can only guess.

So, my guess is that you're trying to run the bath by opening the taps without having put the plug in the hole first. You're losing all your traffic. It's not easy to make a profit if you pay for traffic and don't even try to retain any of it. This thread will help you: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post6608638

You're not building a list, are you? Affiliate marketing is a list-building business.

    This. Exactly.

    Something to implement...

    - Build a good squeeze page or landing page like the others have suggested.

    - Pick a different affiliate or CPA program than Amazon. It isn't going to be most lucrative with PPC.

    - Make sure you review all your Bing Ad settings, you don't want to advertising on phones or in different countries.

    - Setup a tracking method like 202.

    Hope that helps.

Yes, bing works great for me an the offers I promote. The problem is the lack of traffic, but the good sides are lower competition, higher conversion rate, lower cpc. Definitely give it a try!

Bing Is one of the better places for ppc. If you can share some details on how you've tried to use them, we might be able to provide some feedback

I would also like to point out that if you made $1.20 on 3 sales, then the items you're promoting are probably low-cost, low-commission items that aren't a good choice for PPC ads unless the ads have a really low cost per click and you're able to convert a lot of those clicks to sales.
