CPA Marketing the nuts and bolts

I've gone through several CPA marketing training's and I still have a lot of questions when it comes to actually setting up a successful campaign.

Does anyone know of a course that takes you by the hand and walks you through the whole process?

I would gladly pay for this course as long as it wasn't the same ol join a network find an offer do the research blah blah blah.

What I'm looking for is something that goes from A to Z but also covers stuff like network terms and how to actually pick keywords for a given offer, a more thorough detailed explanation of the process.

Maybe I'm just making it to hard, but sometimes after everything I have gone through, I feel even more clueless than before. Thank you in advance

      Thanks a lot, as a newbie myself I'm finding the guides very helpful. I was really confused and mixing up concepts.

    Is there a specific traffic source or type of traffic source you are interested in learning more about? IMO this is one of the starting points to look for this type of help..
