3rd Party Link Cloaking Service with Double Meta Refresh?

Was wondering if anyone in here knows of any reliable 3rd party link tracking services that offer "double meta refresh" as one of the options when creating tracking links?

Was looking at LinkTrackr and reached out to support over a week ago, but never heard a response.

If anyone knows of any, would greatly appreciate it.

      I know bevo offers cloaking but I believe its' just a meta refresh with SSL I find it more anonymous then other trackers out there,

    CPVLab and Propser202 both offer referral cloaking via double meta refresh.

      Thanks I already use CPV Lab in 2 separate instances. Prosper 202 is self hosted. Maybe I'll look into that, but really looking for solid 3rd party providers so I dont have to bother with the hosting and setup
