Bing charging me and no money goes into account??

This is frustrating as this is my very first campaign and i have tried to deposit $20 two times and every time my credit card is charged a $1 but no money goes into my account! Anybody else experiencing this? Will i even get a refund?

Have you tried calling them up? They should also be able to take card payments over the phone and they can tell you what the issue is IF there is one Maybe it needs clearance before being deposited in your account so best to call them up to find out what the problem is.

I've had numerous issues with them. Apparently they aren't able to bill properly. They kept screwing up my billing. I'd call. They'd tell me to just open a new account. Eventually, I gave up. They would do the $1 hold, then never complete the transaction. I just gave up and use different traffic sources. Every other traffc source bills that same card correctly. Bing can't seem to figure out how to do it. LOL

Well, it's good (kinda) to know that I'm not the only one. But this is seriously crap. Every other site has no problem with my CC. Then I try to do this and I'm not only rejected but my account is blocked 5 minutes later.

Seems a glitch from their ends! Haven't heard anything like this ever before, their support is top notch though , you should totally talk to them man!

  Thanks everyone. I'm glad to know i'm not the only one! Their support is very polite but i'm still very wary! I called them and they said they will look into it but this is a very bad first experience
