affpaying is the best one imo ... their database of those sites was one of the biggest..

I would stick with the major networks... MaxBounty, NeverBlue, Peerfly, A4D, ClickBooth, Convert2Media... between them you'll have all you need.

I don't gamble on small networks, too risky.

Offervault.com also lists a lot.

Offervault and Affpaying are probably your best bets. Though anyone around here will pretty much have the same general consensus on who the best networks are.
