Tracking question on PPV via LeadImpact

The only tracking I have is adding there conversion tracking command into my landing page code (I am still trying to figure out who I can use pixel or postback url on prosper202 so if you have any tips or posts I can read about those as well I will highly appreciate it )
Now the real issue, although these stats are showing that people are clicking my landing page and going into my offer my performance report is only showing 4 clicks on adworkmedia(my CPA network as didn't get accepted in any of the other ones I applied too), and no leads generated
so the questions are
How can it be possible that in some URLs that I am targeting is shows 1 imp and 3 conversions and on another one it shows 4 conversions??same person clicking again and again ?
Why the Lead impact has a lot more clicks than my CPA report?? I know the sample is low, and I know it will never be the exact same, I just want to make sure that this doesn't mean that they are scrubbing or whatever the term is, and also to make sure that I set up my tracking right, and one last thing
