how can I change my payment method from check to paypal
when I enter payment section I found only "Your W9 or W8 is on file with us. Thank you. "

I would just call them up and ask if they do payment by paypal. Personally I always prefer wire transfer anyway and you may find they are in fact unable to send anything over paypal so it has to be either wire or check.

But I would give your affiliate manager a quick call and ask if paypal is in fact an option or not, as I do know not every company offers it for commission payments.

they have a ticket support as far as I remember, I would just contact them up..

If you've been approved into the network then you should have an assigned Affiliate Manager and their contact information. If you're having trouble talking to them on the phone or getting an e-mail reply, try to find their IM username.
