It all depends on which network you earned that $100 on. Just ask your Affiliate Manager as they would be able to give you the best answer.

NET30 means you will be paid 30 days after the end of the month which you geenerated your income

Inside the dashboard of most affiliate networks you'll see "payment terms" or something similar, usually there is where you'll see a more detailed description of what that networks pay schedule is like.

Or just hit up your AM they would definitely know.
