Is there any website traffic tool which calculate exact website traffic ?

    If this is for a website you own, use google analytics. There are other tools out there to calculate traffic and revenue of a website like websitetrafficspy.com. But these are merely estimates and not the real thing.

    For a site you own or others?
    As Nathan stated, if you own the site then you can use Google Analytics

    If it's not for your site you can try research sites like alexa, quantcast, similarweb, compete but they won't give you an exact number

    In addition to GA (Google Analytics), you've also got Piwik and Clicky (has cost associated).

    As far as those other tools I can never trust the number to be exact but I can say that sometimes the graphs generated do match the spikes (my own sites, at times).
