Issue with Optimize Press

I recently set up a brand new install of wordpress on Bluehost VPS and then added Optimize Press theme via ftp. I have never used OP before but I am having problems in the live editor. Whenever I add an element, it may or may not appear but then pretty much every time I edit an existing element it disappears. I contacted OP and they said it is probably a server issue and noted the following:

Here are the warnings : (which you can also check by navigating through the instructions above)
Your upload limit (10MB) is lower than recommended (32MB).
Your "max_input_vars" setting is set to 1000. If you plan to have pages with a large number of elements on it, you should raise this setting to at least 3000.
Your "max_execution_time" setting (30) is lower than recommended (60).

this doesn't mean a whole lot to me.
Anyone have similar issues, I'm having a problem trying to get to Bluehost Tech support.

    when I had any problem with them in the past, I got an amazing customer response from them in timely manner, hope you do too!

    Optimize Press responded right away but so far hasn't been able to offer any suggestions except as highlighted. I have no plugins installed. BlueHost, well still waiting for them to reply to my ticket, couldn't get thru to them on the phone or chat.
