Follow the terms and conditions of the network, advertiser, and any 3rd party site you use to promote those offers (Facebook, etc.) Pretty simple.

I agree with joe and jay.. There's no real reason why you would get banned unless you're doing something wrong

Facebook is a B**tch to work with especially in cpa dating, where i do business.
I got ads turned down more than i can remember until i realised how their system works.
It might look simple in letters but they are very restrictive in your content.
Couple weeks ago i uploaded 16 ads(split testing). all creatives got approved.
Then, i wanted to upload the same ads, but with higher res images. They turned them down.

Just make sure to not conduct any fraudulent activities and to follow the conditions in the offers you intend on promoting. For example: don't run incentive / co reg traffic to non incentive offers. Don't hire people off of freelancer sites to complete leads for you. Don't complete offers via a proxy. Don't use stolen CC's to fill out trial offers. Do not mislead the consumer by enticing them to fill out an additional offer based on another - usually considered incentive but some advertisers label this as fraud. Most offers also do not allow any type of Craigslist classified type traffic. There are offers available for this promotion but 95% of them do not allow this type of traffic.

Run offers legitimately according to the offers terms and you should be good to go.

I never heard of banning and see no reason for it. After all, you are bringing the almighty needed traffic!
