How To Get Your Articles Accepted Into Article Directories

Some people have problems getting accepted into article directories even if they are strong in the English language. There could be a few reasons for this.
Some article directories can be quite particular about minor language errors, and it can be quite a frustrating experience if you simply do not know why your articles are not accepted.
I've heard about people who submitted lots of articles before they were finally accepted as platinum writers. That is an awful length of time to spend.
Terms And Conditions
First of all, make sure you read the terms and conditions.
Do they:
1. allow affiliate links in the resource box?
2. allow links in the body?
3. limit the number of links?
4. have a word limit?
5. have a limit on the number of words for your long-tailed keywords?
6. have a certain type of style of writing?
7. allow self-promotional articles?
Ask yourself those questions.
Language
Do you have:
Try to clean up your language. If you feel that no matter how you write and you still get problems with the grammar check, then perhaps you should get someone to help you proofread.

- run-on sentences? e.g. This diet plan allows you to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, look fabulous, can attract people, people compliment you on how great you look, and you still enjoy your food, no matter how much food you eat, it is still extremely tasty ... (shudders!)
- weird vocabulary? e.g. It wouldn't make any difference whether these excavations are made in land or water, but may be excavations in water is more amusing. (from an outsourced 'writer' I hired)
