Sale of Services.

If you are selling online you are selling a service. Some say you are selling a product or service, but in reality it all a service. If you are selling an eBook online you are providing the service of providing information, if you are selling a program you are providing the service of supplying programs.

In providing a service you need to supply Quality, Quantity, and Spirit.

Quality of your service is in the performance of every detail, the quality of the product, the quality of you relationship with your customer, the quality of how you handle complaints and the quality of your guarantee.

Quantity of your service is providing all the service you are capable of all the time with the focus of increasing the amount supplied as your skill and resources increase.

Spirit of your service is making everything a habit, and being harmonious with your customers and your service. Hold your customers in high esteem and love your product and respect it and your customer. Never sell anything you do not like or have faith in, it will be felt by your customers.

Ordinary, or Adequate, Quality and Quantity of service in not enough to succeed in today’s market. It is not those that provide the bare minimum that succeed in business, it is those that go far beyond what is expected.

If you buy something from someone and they give you ordinary service, even if the product is good, then buy something similar from someone that gives you outstanding service, with better Quality, and Quantity, which one would buy from again? Both products are the same, but the service goes beyond what you expected, there is follow up to make sure there are no problems, there is a special video to explain how to use the product instead of just the written instructions and a more interested attitude from the seller. Which one would you buy from again?

I know I would buy from the one that has the better attitude, the one that seems interested, the one that responds right away when I have a question.

Far too many people just sell online; they don’t go beyond with their Quality or Quantity. The Spirit of the service is flat or even dead. Put Spirit in your business. Care about your service and your customers!

When selling online provide a SERVICE, don’t just sell. Ask yourself what can I do to add more value to this item? How can I improve its value and what can I add to it to make it even better. If I bought this item would I be ecstatic with it or just like it?

Take it to the extreme!
