Make Money Blogging - How To Turn Your WordPress Blog Into A MultiStream Income Market Place

When somebody talks about how to make money blogging, they often refer to putting AdSense units on your blog, and maybe to sell some affiliate products from it as well.

That's it.

However, why would you want to limit yourself to two income streams, when you can turn your entire WordPress blog into a multistream income market place and let cash pour in on auto-pilot?

Just by editing your WordPress theme, you can create squeeze pages and get hundreds of new list members directly from the blog.

If you create your own products, you can sell them from sales pages, with testimonials, sales buttons, and all, again straight from your blog.

You can even run membership sites, and get paid month after month directly to your PayPal account. (If you want that option, there's no cheaper or easier way to do so, than to use WP Sales Automator from our fellow warrior Niel. H.)

Chances are that you already run a blog, created with the free PHP script from WordPress.org. You can find lots of free themes for it, or you can create your own.

Choose The Right WordPress Theme

When you're selecting your theme, make sure it's as clean and simple as it can get. Maybe you shouldn't pick one with only white space and colours, but you want your readers to focus on your content, not on your bright and shining tabloid photos.

Edit Your WordPress Theme

You need to tweak your theme, if you want to make money from your blog, so be certain that this is allowed by the creator of the theme, and that the PHP code is not encrypted.

Remove any non-relevant graphics from the theme.

You would probably want to use testimonials on your blog, if you're selling a product. In order to make them stand out, you need to edit the CSS file, and make a new class named 'testimonial'.

Afterwards, when you're creating the sales page, you will have to add this class to the HTML code, and your testimonials will show up clearly.

However, while it is perfectly in order to have a menu bar on a blog, you would want to remove it from your squeeze pages and sales pages. When you create those, you have to create them as 'pages' and not as new blog 'posts'. And you have to edit your theme. Look for 'Page Template' in your Appearance Editor.

Does This Sound Too Technical For You?

Or maybe just too much like hard work?

Well, it's true. It will take you some time to find the theme, and get the tweaking right. It will also take you extra time to edit the HTML code and add the necessary information, so that your testimonials can be sure to stand out. And admitted, it's not that easy to figure out, how to remove the side bar from a theme.

Still, it's well worth the four-five hours of work, if you want to turn your WordPress blog into a money making machine.

However, if you want to save yourself troubles and time, there's another solution. You'll be able to create your content as easily as if you're using a word processor, and if you know how to write, and how to click your mouse, you can do all these changes easily with WP Page Creator.

With WP Page Creator you can effortlessly create squeeze pages, video squeeze pages, sales pages, and more, and you don't even have to change your normal blog theme.

In short: No messing around with CSS. No getting confused with PHP.
