Web Traffic Secrets - Does 'Free Traffic' Really Exist on the Internet?

If you think that 'free traffic' exists, think again! Most of the traffic you will get will not be free in the full sense of the word. You'll have to sacrifice either money or time. People get the misconception that article marketing is free. Yes, it is free in monetary terms, but is it free in absolute terms?
Let's say you spend 10 hours a week writing articles. The traffic you get from it is considered free as you don't have to pay any money for it. But what about the 10 hours you spent? Is that worth something? It probably is! You could have spent that 10 hours working on somewhere else and bringing in a paycheck or you could have used that time for recreational activities. The point is, that time is money.
What if you outsource your articles? Is that considered free? Of course not! You have to pay money to your freelancers to write the articles. But, the plus side is this: you do not have to spend any time actually writing the articles. You can spend that 10 hours or 20 hours (whatever amount of time you spend writing articles per week) on doing something else.
Here is what I prefer though - I prefer outsourcing articles as compared to writing them on my own. I don't have to manually put in the time to actually write the articles one by one. I can pay a quality writer a reasonable price to write the articles while I take a holiday or spend time with my family. Of course, I also write plenty of my own articles as well as I enjoy writing and sharing my knowledge.
The question is - which do you value more, your time or your money? Which do you possess more of at the moment? That's really an important question with regards to how you will invest in getting traffic to your online business.
