In my line, I often receive emails from customers who complain that they are not making money after just a few days. Many of these emails sound panicky. Well, I used to reply to such emails in detail but nowadays less so. I have customer support assistants but that's besides the point. There is probably no point in spending too much time replying because what these people have is a mindset problem. They are not suited to run an online business.
Running an online business is not about getting rich quick, although it is possible. But it is much more realistic to build a business from ground up and grow it into a profit powerhouse in time to come. In that way, building a 6-figure online business is like growing a plant.
In the offline world, people know that it takes time to make a profit in business. Most people expect profits after only 6 months up to 2 years after they get into business. Yet when many people come online, they expect instant profits overnight. It doesn't quite work like that. Because of the barrier of entry for an Internet business is low, many 'unqualified' people join the party and mess up everything.
For me, personally, I took 6 months to start making more than $1000 per month online. Now I make 5-figures regularly every month. If I had given up early and panicked and whined to all the gurus out there, would I be making this income now? As a business owner, no one is responsible for you except you. When you register a limited company, the law states that you have to have the knowledge and skills required to run the business. If someone is looking for benefits and handouts, then they should look for a safe, secure job and not start an Internet business.
But if you want incredible wealth, stick at it and things might start clicking into gear anytime soon.
