Why Call-To-Action is very important?
Your primary goal is to let a visitor or potential buyer to be convinced in buying your promoted product after reading the article. In order for you to do that, you need a call-to-action message. No matter how many words you have the article, just put the call-to-action message below your article (not before the article). In article directories like Ezine, call-to-action messages must be placed inside the resource box (not within the content).
A good example would be:
"To know more about the XXX product, please visit this website"
Make sure that you include the URL of your website (whether if it's a hyperlink or not) so that people may have the chance to click it. But it really depends on the product you are promoting if it has lots of sales or not (or even trust from the other customers). At least you already know that articles would become meaningless without the call-to-action feature.
