Is Making Money Online a Myth?

When I first started working online in 2008, I have to admit that I wondered if making a sustainable income online was a realisitic goal. After all, conventional wisdom taught by our society tells you to go to college, get a good job, make a paycheck, and at the end of the day make someone else rich.
From the time I was in college, that whole line of thinking just seemed a little backwards! Well, fast-forward almost 4 full years now, and I can say with confidence that making money online is not a myth, because I do it everyday.
For those of you who are struggling to see your first profits online, here are 3 easy ways to get started earning some cash on the Internet:
1. Affiliate Marketing. This is how I earned my first dollar online, and I still have websites, articles, & blogs that pull in residual affiliate income month after month. In order to setup an affiliate campaign, you need to have your own website, pick a niche, and do some basic keyword research. If you take these steps & invest your time into learning more, then you can make a good living with affiliate marketing.
2. Freelancing. This method involves trading your talents for cash, and is a great way to get some "seed money" to start a real online business. Of course, there are some full-time freelancers (web designers, copywriters, etc.) that make a great income from 100% freelancing, so it is an option.
3. Network marketing/MLM. I think the fastest & easiest way to make a nice income online in a relatively short period of time is to join a reputable MLM opportunity. A large majority of online entrepreneurs & business opportunity seekers are open to the earning power that network marketing provides, so the key is simply generating enough targeted leads to make the model work.
I personally have a system that is allowing me to crush it in network marketing by generating 20+ targeted leads daily. With this many leads, prospecting becomes easy!
