Far too many people think that if they work 8-12 hours a day on the internet, that their sales will increase. While you may think that it is true, this may not happen for you. If you are personally putting all those hours each and everyday and are still not getting results, something is wrong with your strategy.
I used to think that the more hours I spent online, the more money I "deserve" to make at the end of the day. I used to sit there going from one affiliate website to another to check my stats. I used to write post after post after post in different forums. I created new content and no one was ever clicking on my affiliate links to buy. I even used to use social media and did every thing I can think of to drive more traffic.
I was stressed out.
Now, the truth of the matter is that it is really possible to make great money online but if you keep doing what you have been doing in the past to make sales and it is not working out, then you need to stop.
You can not spend hours upon hours each day to build your business and think that you deserve to make the most money.
You need to work less and find strategies that do work for you. You got to plan each day out so that you don't waste hours online and not get any results.
The way I plan my day now and make sales is by, first of all, knowing which strategies work for me. Since I know for sure that the following techniques work well for me, I just keep doing them over and over again.
I do pay per click. I watch what I spend each day.
I write 1-5 article per day which takes me anywhere between 20 minutes for 1 article or about 2 hours for 5.
I post 1-3 times per day in the warrior forum.
I do the same for another forum.
I then check my stats for all the companies that I am in.
That's it. Each day, I spend no more then 2 hours online. Some days, I don't even go online and still make sales. When you plan your day, you actually work a whole lot less and still get done more.
