On the very first page of your ebook (the title page)... let your reader know that they have permission to distribute your ebook onto their website.
The next thing that you will want to do is to insert links throughout your free ebook so that you can earn money as someone tries to click on the links in your ebook. Now if you have a core offer that you want people to click on and buy from you, you will want to put that offer in the header of every page of your ebook. Also at the bottom of your pages (or the footer), you will want to include your squeeze page website address so that people can visit to your site and sign up for your ezine.

Have you ever seen those videos on Youtube that became a sensation? I see videos all the time getting more and more hits because of the popularity that it has gathered. People typically rate good and "hot" videos by the number of views that the video has. But if you've tried Youtube and are only getting 2-5 video views per month.... you should know that there are things that you can do to improve these results.
The first thing that you can do is to include yourself in the video. People will typically relate to you better this way if they can see you in action in front of a chalkboard or something. Videos that only contain words will get some traffic, but if you want to go for maximum views... stick with videos that include your entire body in it. Make it interactive.
The more views your Youtube video gets, the more popular it will become, and the more people will visit your website and sign up for your ezine. Don't believe me?
