This will be a good indicator telling you if you are over using your email marketing too much.
It is very important that you limit your company to the amount of emails that you are sending the people on your mailing list. You need to ensure that you are not crossing the line into becoming a nuisance. You should only send out emails to your mailing list when there is something of value --- not to you --- but to the consumers that you feel they need to hear.
