Almost every affiliate program owner could use more new affiliates in their business. Even owners who have over 10,000 affiliates will tell you that they need more affiliates. I guess you just can't have enough money these days. But what about you? Do you need more affiliates for your affiliate program? Do you even have an affiliate program?

If you're absolutely new at affiliate programs and signing up new affiliates, today's lesson will be of some benefit for you. There are all sorts of ways to attract new affiliates to your business. And to attract "super affiliates" (affiliates who are making alot of money with affiliate marketing"... you will have to go above and beyond to get these people to sell your product.

The first step to attracting new affiliates is to have your own website. If you wanted to advertise for new affiliates on Google Adwords for example, you would need your own website with a registered domain name. Almost no one in power on the internet approve of those short URL's that people use to like to their affiliate product. If you think by skipping this step and using a URL shortener... you're going about things the wrong way.

Instead, get a real website. It will only cost you about $10 a month, and with the money you make from affiliate sales alone, you'll be able to cover that cost easily. Disguised affiliate links aren't accept in most of the marketing channels online, so it's best if you just use an original website link.

The next thing you need to get more affiliates is traffic. You need to get traffic to your signup page. You have 2 options of doing this:

1) Advertise for affiliates
2) Submit to affiliate directories

Or you can certainly use both of them if you have the time to do it. You can go and advertise your affiliate program easily with pay per click marketing, email newsletters, or even on blogs. And submitting to affiliate directories is something that is very easy to do also. These directories exist so that you can get the word out about your affiliate program, and the more of these you submit to, the more people will sign up to promote your product.

But while both of these methods are good, quite possibly the fastest way to get affiliates is by signing up with Clickbank.com, Paydotcom.com, and Commission Junction. All 3 of these sites have tons of affiliates just waiting to promote the next hot new product - and they do a good job at doing so.

When I first found out about these sites, I was convinced that I wouldn't get alot of sales for them. But to my surprise, I was getting sales all the time with my product. You can definitely promote and get affiliates simply and easily using these sites, and they're something that I think you should list your product at also.

Go out there and use these tips to make more money in your online business today.

Good luck with using these tips to get more affiliates for your product.
