Over the years, I have sold over 3000+ work at home opportunities.
Some of them have made me $10 in commissions. Sure, others have made me
a little more then that but I want to get to my point in this article.
There is a huge income trap on the internet that you must know about.
There are so called gurus out there that recruit as many affiliates into their system
as possible.
Some have really good pay out numbers but many of them have products for their affiliates
that makes them very low and poor commissions. You can't get by with products that pay you $10
per sale. Anyone can slap up their own product and sell it for that much.
The biggest mistake that any affiliate can do is to focus all their attention
on the promotions of small commission products.
From what I learned in the past 5 years online, is that if you can sell
an information product to a customer and earn $10 commission,
then you can also find other products that can pay you $100-$200+
commissions instead of those winnie low $10 commission that you can't even
buy a dinner with.
When you give someone a solution to their problem, they are willing to open up
their credit card and spend as much as they need. They want that solution right away
and are not willing to sit hours on their computer looking for the right info. They have
it right there with your product.
Again, they want it right away.
So it can be as easy to make $100 or more commission just like
you made that $10 from the same customer.
The only exception to selling a $10 commission info product is when
the vendor or product owner has some upsells that can earn you that
$100-$200 or more back for that same new customer that you brought in.
