2 Tips For Maximizing Your Backend Business Income

If you really want to make a nice income online every month, you will want to focus on a particular group of people who can make you alot of money over the course of the next 12 months. Who is this group of people that I'm talking about? Well I'm talking about your current and existing customers.

If you didn't already know, 80% of all of your business income will come from sales on the backend. When you market to your existing customers, you get to promote your products and services for free. There's no cost to "re-acquire" your customers. Once they're in your backend marketing funnel, all that's left is for you to market to them over and over again, and start to profit immensely from these group of people.

So if 80% of all of your total business income will come from sales on the backend, then that means only 20% of your total income will come from initial sales, (or first time customers). This is fine, but many online business owners focus solely on getting more first time customers, instead of maximizing their profits by marketing to their existing customers.

Your existing customers are the people who know you and like you, and have done business with you already. So they know what to expect after they buy from you again. And if you've treated them well, then they will more than likely want to refer others to you, and also visit you in the future to purchase more of your products and services.

If you want to maximize the sales and profits that you get from your existing customers, there are some things that you will want to do to earn as much money as possible. Now you may think that these people will automatically come back and buy from you again, but it just doesn't work that way. Maybe on Ebay this may work, but if you have your own website, you won't make money by just waiting on them to visit you.

Here's one of the first things that you can do to maximize the sales and profits you get from your existing customers:

1) Contact them every month

The frequency of how many times that you should contact them will fluctuate depending on the business that you're in, and the kind of products or services you are selling. In my business, I contact my buyers every 3 days. This seems to be the magic number for me, so I do it in my business so that I can stay in contact with my customers, all while giving them the chance to "miss me", and look forward towards my next email.

Here's another thing that you can do:

2) Deliver alot of content

You will want to give your customers alot of content that they can use to further accomplish their goal. Even if they've already bought your product, make it a point to overwhelm them with fresh new content that links back to your product sales page so that you can close them on more new sales. This technique works wonders.

You will want to incorporate alot of elements in your business if you want to have the success and profits that you're looking for. Don't sit and procrastinate... go out there and start marketing to your backend customers immediately. It will be more than worth it.

Good luck with using these 2 tips to earn more money in your online business today.
