How to Have Ideas Now

Let me tell you, making list purges you a bad ideas, it keeps on out of your head so you can make good one, make your brain go better, mash up idea and have super creative ideas. to externalize your ideas so you are actually know what you are thinking. Like some thoughts go round and you look really good or really bad, and then when we put them out, they're real.
There's two rules to good list making
1)Never judge
2)Never stop
Rule no 1, never judge your ideas, if you start judging, oh that's a good idea oh that's a bad idea you'll get constipated and you'll stop having good idea.
Rule no 2. Never stop moving your pencil, as soon as you stop moving your pencil, your idea stop, you can start judging things.
Right now make 2 list. List no. 1. Is fun, we're just warming the brain up getting used to putting up ridiculous new ideas on the paper.
List no. 2. We're gonna solve a problem, so pick one problem in your life that you wanna solve, that you wanna solution to and write 50 solution, possible solution, you have to hurt your brain, you have to be crying, creative exhaustion.
So now make your list, I promise you its gunnga feel so good, just remember the two rules,
1. Don't judge anything you write, it's not you, it's just an idea that came through your head.
No. 2. Don't stop, don't you ever stop writing, just writing everything down that pops in your head, its gonna be awesome, It's gonna great guys, it's gonna be wonderful.
