Backend Selling Online - Where The True Profits Are

Do you currently have alot of customers that you have acquired over the past couple of months - or even years? If so, are you marketing to them correctly? Are you contacting them on a bi-weekly or monthly basis and offering them some of the products that you have for sale? If not, then you're doing your business a really big disservice.

Your primary focus in your business should be to sell as much as possible to your existing customers. This is where 80% of all your total business profits will come from. It's not a surprise when businesses (offline and online) close up shop because they aren't making any money anymore.

If they had been on a progressive backend marketing strategy, most would probably still be in business right now. But everybody's out for the next customer, and looking to make a fast buck. I'll tell you right now, you won't succeed with this approach to internet marketing. It's just not sensible.

If 80% of all your income will come from repeat customers, why aren't you developing and creating backend marketing sequences for these people to get them to buy again? This is something that you need to seriously think about if you want to have the thriving and profitable business that you're looking for. It's very important that you follow up on your customers.

Imagine this: Imagine that you were getting a TON of new customers each and everyday via the strength of paid advertising. You're advertising everywhere and things are looking up. But in the true reality of it all... suppose you were LOSING money on every sale that you made?

It would look like you're making a ton of dough from face value, but when you actually take a look at the cost for advertising, and the cost of your customer... you will find that client acquisition costs would be high. And in fact, you WOULD be losing money on each sale.

So how can we combat this? It's simple: backend marketing. If you market to all of your customers over and over again via email and offer them some of your products and services, many will buy again. And from those who buy your second product, you then offer them a third product in your marketing funnel.

With backend marketing, not only will you recoup the cost of acquiring a customer, but you'll actually be in the "profit" zone now - because you're selling to highly qualified people without having to spend money for advertising for them again. They're yours! See how this works?!

Backend marketing is crucial and I can't stress it enough. As soon as you get a sale, be sure to put them into your backend marketing funnel, and start marketing to them over and over again via email (or even direct mail). This is something that you can do right now and start earning alot of profits in your business today.

Take these backend marketing tips seriously, and you will see some serious profits in your bank account.

Good luck with using backend marketing in your online business today.
