Google Adwords And Why You Should Use It

As a beginner to internet marketing, you know that simply having a website isn’t enough to prosper online. You need a strong online marketing plan that will keep you on the right path towards earning money online. Most beginners start off with advertising to promote their new business, and there’s nothing wrong with that. But the problem comes into play when they don’t understand how to use the advertising effectively, and they wind up losing a fortune.

One such advertising venue that this is true with is pay per click advertising (PPC). Pay per click is a very popular means of getting traffic to a website, and can help you to earn the money in your business that you so desperately look for. There are 2 companies in the pay per click game that you can’t go wrong with. They are Google Adwords, and Bing Ads.

Google Adwords is larger and more effective than Bing Ads, and it will be the topic of our discussion today. There are alot of competitors on Google Adwords, so you will have to play (and spend) with the “big boys” depending on your niche. If you’re operating in a small, tiny niche… then you probably won’t have to worry about competitors.

But if you operate in a niche like “forex”, “home business”, “internet marketing”, “weight loss”, or “entertainment”… be prepared to invest some heavy funds if you want to earn alot of money online. This is why alot of people migrate over to Bing Ads, or simply choose to use free marketing as their form of website promotion online.

I personally think that you should use both. Free marketing can help make up for the deficit incurred for any loss in paid advertising. This will only help you to profit more, so the more free marketing that you can do, the better. If possible, you may want to hire some people to do the free marketing for you while you enjoy your time on the golf course.

There are many people doing this. People outsource their article writing, graphic design, website promotion, copywriting, and even SEO campaigns. And people also outsource their pay per click advertising campaign also. You can do the same (if you have the money for it). Or, you can simply handle all of these things yourself. There’s nothing wrong with that - people do it all the time.

One of the biggest things that you will want to do with your Google Adwords campaign is to test different things. Test your offer, test your ad, test your keywords, test everything. The more fine tuned your campaign is, the more find tuned your income flow will be.

Do everything in your power to make your Adwords campaign a success. There are many things to consider (one being your click through rate - CTR), and there are many things to test. Make sure you’re testing and tracking with your Adwords campaign, and make sure that you are actually making a profit. This is the best position to be in.

Good luck with using Google Adwords in your business today.
