When I first got started off, I had a mentor that helped me out through the thick and thin with my internet business. He supplied me with marketing courses on how to promote myself, and even spoke to me on the phone to make sure everything was going well. And that training helped me prepare for my internet marketing career.
A mentor can do nothing but good for you. And if you can find a mentor for free, that’s even better. But don’t waste their time by not following what they’re trying to tell you. This will annoy them and they will either start to charge for their services, or won’t help you out at all. Here’s another tip for having success online:
2) Sell to your customers
I’ve bought alot of products online, and from all of the merchants that I have bought from, only about 2 of them continue to sell me products that they have. The other online business owners - all they sent me was a thank you email and some shipping confirmation information. But don’t let this be you.
You see 80% of your total profits will come from sales on the backend. Backend marketing is simply the process of selling to your existing customers. You get to earn 100% profits from these people now because you don’t have to pay to get them anymore. They’re yours, and will stay yours - until you stop marketing to them.
Finding a mentor and backend marketing are 2 great strategies that you can use to take your business to the next level. The bottom line is that if you’re a newbie, you will need as much help as possible to make your site successful for the long term. It will be incredibly easy for you to do.
