Step number 1: Make a Squeeze Page Along with Giving Free Packages:

Then make a squeeze page which mentions the benefits of your package and make your visitors to fill a form where they will fill their email address and name before giving them their free package.

Almost all of the auto responder systems require the following steps to be done:
• The very first step is creating an auto responder account. For example, if you are deciding to create an auto responder system for a product related to internet marketing, the auto responder can be named as 'internet marketing'.
• You will have to submit your e-mail address and name in auto responder. The entered name will be the sender name for the mail your auto responders will be sending. The url would be the web page your visitors will be forwarded to after filling the form.
• In many auto responders you need to check 2 boxes. First box if checked will give you a report if someone has subscribed to your list and the second box will include a unsubscribe link placed to the bottom of your e-mail. Due to the can-spam acts this is made compulsory in many of the auto responders these days.
Step number 3: Adding the Follow up Messages:
Next step is of adding up of the follow-up message in auto responders in the sequence you want to give it to your visitors on auto pilot.
Step number 4: Personalizing the Messages:
You have to make your messages look personal. With the little help from tags the auto responders will be able to personalize name, e-mail address etc using the simple tags and your message will look like you have sent it personally.
Step number 5: Setting up Time Interval:
You will have to set a time interval between two mails. If you set the time interval as 2 days, next email will be sent after 2 days of the first mail. You need to keep the time interval as 0 for the first mail as you want to get the first e-mail instantly sent after your customers sign-up.
Step number 6: Insert Code:
After your auto responder is set up you need to get a code. The code will get placed on the squeeze page. When someone enters your form in the auto responder, messages will be sent.
Step number 7: Test Everything:
You will have to test everything yourself before starting up. You can enter your own e-mail in the squeeze page and check if everything is working properly.
