I recently had a freelancer install AutoGPT so I can use it as web scraper only to find the site I was going to scrape prohibits scraping in TOS.

I know it's a very powerful tool been playing around with it rather than just feeding it my Chatgpt book outlines.

What are some in demand business ideas that I can Leverage Autogpt to start and develop?

    In regards to business and marketing the most obvious power of its use it is to use to produce content, in almost any forms.

    Basically, it can be used to assist you to produce quality content in a much easier and faster way than it used to be.

    So, AI will be useful to use in the info-product-industry of course but also for any business or organisation to help them produce any content they need for their business communications and even to promote it creating marketing messages email series etc.

    Produce, an ebook, an online course, a writing service or even a coaching program. You can produce, video, VO, music, podcast, graphics, images, documents etc... and even CODING! Yes, you read that right, coding...

    All the secret of its use resides in the art of knowing HOW to address it in a very specific manner in order to have it produce exactly what you want, to your licking. It's amazing, but this is something you absolutely must master. The "prompting" ...

    Netman gave you some good ideas, and CONTENT is the thing...as long as you have buyers for the content.

    The thing that seems to go missing in all of these AI discussions is; whatever you are using it for, as far as creation and content, it still must have an audience which wants to consume it. I see a lot of folks starting without first identifying a market, niche or avatar for their creations.

    Ask autogpt to create a business plan which incorporates AI use, and includes a detailed marketing plan including where to locate buyers. If you can create one business plan that might be useful, then you can create dozens for different markets.

    A PLAN seems to be what is missing from many Warrior's AI quest.

    Buyers first. Then the product, that is one short cut anyways.

    Installed AutoGPT? How exactly do you do that? On your personal PC? I thought ChatGPT was a program you have to pay for in order to use, at least to get any real benefit from, what am I missing here? Are there "free" AI bots out there?

      OK, did some research, I see now that AutoGPT is open source. Reading now how to install and use it. Looks pretty deep and complicated.

        AutoGPT is an end user interface (UI) script used to communicate with OpenAI's API just like ChatGPT itself and more other UI to OpenAI's API. So, indeed installing such script involves a greater technical expertise than average. However, once it is installed it's good to go without tech skills. It can be installed on your local PC or even better a VPS.

        You can use ChatGPT for free, only you risk of falling short occasionally has the availability for free users is greatly reduced during peak times. If you want constant access and latest features including GPT4, you need to pay OpenAI $20 per month which is PEANUTS once you realise what you can do with it.

        All other kind of access to the API of OpenAI (using AutoGPT or AgentGPT or any other AI generator for example) will require you to open an account with OpenAI and put your credit card in so you can create access keys to access and use their API through other apps. That way you will be charged monthly only for what you use and no more.
