    As we know, On page and Off page both plays important roles in SEO optimization. But if we talking about latest trends then link building is the best way to boost the traffic on website. I would recommend you to go with link building and guest posting only on high DA sites at least 40+ if really you want get the results in limited time periods.

    If you want huge traffic on your website then focus on SEO activities such as social bookmarking, image sharing, info-graphic submission, press release, search engine Submission and directory submission. Forum Posting and Guest Posting is a good technique to get a high traffic.

    If you want to get more traffic,you'll have to post quality content and seo your site.Guest posting,forum posting and social media promotion will help a lot too.
    If you want traffic in a short time,you can use traffic exchange sites,but they are not really effective.
    Going the hard way will give you more success....

    All these stories from people like John Morrow or others....
    who got huge viral traffic with one article.

    When I read the story on Neil Patels website, the story is written so that you believe John Morrow had done one FB post and one Twitter post and BOOM! the content goes viral and 100.000's people share and like it.

    Do you believe that? With only one FB post and Twitter post?
    I not believe that.

    But it is usual that in such stories you never find a deep step by step guide, how they have done that.

    Til today, I not have found a deep step by step guide who explain me how to get my content viral, which platforms and websites to use to publish it to make it viral...

    How many I must spend on FB ads and how to setup such a campaign that make my content viral and brings me huge traffic.

    Nope.

      I can understand your point. I am not going to argue about training materials.
      It depends on the trainer expertise level, experience, and skills.

      I want to share my opinions, you can get hundred thousand traffic from a single post
      like Neil Patel's blog posts. Because of he established him as an authority person and influencer of IM industry. And he did it for many years by sharing his experience and knowledge.

      Another great example of Brain Dean of Backlinko.com . If you follow this website you can see all blog posts are full of valuable information. Industry influencers always share their knowledge and help people to solve problems.

      So if you are looking for something like Neil Patel and Brain Dean blog post and hundred thousands of traffic from a single post, FIRST establish yourself as Industry expert and influencer

      If you want to really learn from experts than follow them. Follow them on social media, their websites, blogs where contribute as a guest author, forums and other places where they exist to share knowledge.

      For example, nowadays Neil Patel is uploading videos on YouTube regularly. Because he forecast that 2018 will dominate Google voice search and people more interest result for listening and view videos. You already notice that YouTube video directly playing on Google Search result page.

      So there always hints from experts what to do and how to become best in industry.

    Blogspot alone will me bring traffic and rank my content higher than on my own website since it's owned by google?

    Or does my content on blogspot subdomain not will benefit/ have same PR as blogspot domain has?
    When it will not benefit from the high domain PR, than my content is on an under page with 0 PR, so it need promotion like any other website to get rank and get traffic.

      Google always play fairly. Though Blogspot domain has some advantages. For ranking, by Blogspot, rules are same as well play for other websites:- (simply I want to make sense by 3/4 sentences)

      - You can't expect to rank by Blogspot for high competitive keywords/topics unless having link juice or other SEO power

      - Can't expect to rank by 3/5 content on your Blogspot blog. If you noticed only old and a good number of content's blog are ranking.

      - You have to establish trust by the quality and useful contents, on-page optimization, etc.

    The 'best' way is by paid advertising. However, it will depend on your budget and products as to whether this is a viable option for you. It still takes time to test, measure and 'tweek' advertising so it works and makes a profit. If you're sending people to a list, your profit may not emerge immediately either. You'll need to look at your roi (return on investment) over the long term.
    You should know the value of a customer over the long term to determine what price you should be paying to acquire subscribers to your email list, assuming you have one.
    Traffic doesn't necessarily equal sales. That's why you should have a subscription offer to give to your website visitors. This way you can build a long term relationship with them.
    Anyhow's I digress!
    Traffic can be built with paid methods and free methods such as blogging and video creation. Linking back to your content from other sites is also a good idea - both to build trust with Google and direct traffic from those sites.
    But the best way is paid traffic because is can be automated and scaled up. Whereas 'free' traffic takes time to create and you can't imediately scale up.
