Where Can I find Serbia Traffic?

Hi! Anyone know where I can find mass serbia traffic?

I represent for an advertiser, looking for all kinds of serbia traffic in CPA,CPI,CPM,CPC...
Any recomended ad networks or Aff networks? I've checked a lot of them but just found there is little serbia traffic but I want more.
Please reply if you have any idea.

    If I were to find a lot of traffic in ANY country, I will go to Facebook. I believe it is the most visited social media in Serbia.
    You can buy traffic from Facebook Ads, or from... Google AdWords.
    Nothing else comes to my mind at this moment.

      Thank you for your reply! FB&ADW must be the first choice but it seems not to suit with my offer type.They have strong restriction.

    I have to be blunt and say that it's difficult to even understand your post. Obviously English is your second language. If you're not writing what you want clearly enough, you may be missing out on valuable information.

    If you want something from Serbia, I would imagine writing to site owners living in that country and asking for their help or opinions would help you.
