Facebook Post Schedulers

I've experimented with a few SAAS products that help you schedule posts in advance on your Facebook Page but I'm worried that they are all throttled by FB (since FB prefers to have you in their ecosystem, scheduling posts using their scheduler). I haven't been able to test this accurately, but think it's a fair assumption.

Does anyone have any insight on this? Or know a tool that schedules the posts using a script that uses FB's own scheduler?

    It all depends on if the app used has their "Facebook App" approved. E.g. I have a few softwares the are grey/blackhat that has minimal risks, but also a Facebook Approved one where there's no risk involved.
