See Leadingant I totally agree with fastreplies. If you are looking for multiple countries then you have to target those and work accordingly. There are various listing sites available which focuses all over the worls or fucuses some niche client and countries. You can go for that.

If you are targetting locally you could use the phone book and contact local businesses who already have a website.
