I think you must first work on your product title. It has greatest impact on product search. Your title must contain elements like the brand, product line and type, material, color, quantity and packaging. You must also add additional target keywords in order for your title to get the maximum number of characters. Use relevant keywords first and add the additional target keywords but remember to not keyword stuff.

Your going to want to spend some time with the pictures and getting some reviews.

Also, you need to smuggle a ridiculous amount of keywords if you haven't done that already.

There are number of things to do for Amazon SEO, I'll be sharing few here:
    • Research keywords using Amazon keywords research tool.
    • Your keyword field holds as much importance as your title.
    • Make a detailed and thorough description.
    • Run Amazon PPC campaigns
    • Set competitive prices
    • Offer fast and free shipment
    • Use HD quality professional product photos
    • Very important; improve your seller rating and order defect rate(ODR)

    For Google SERP
    • Google ads campaigns
    • Set up your Amazon niche website
    • Get links to product page from niche related sites
    • Tie up with bloggers and professional product reviewers

  • Search Engine Optimise your product, by doing keyword research on your product that you are promoting.

How much people are already searching for that product in Google's search engine. You can use a keyword planning tool for that.

Then check if there is a category for the product in Amazon's search results, by typing in the product name.

    Example: "How to make money"

The title of the product that you are promoting is "How to make money online in 24 hours"

Make sure you have the keywords in the description and in the meta tags of the product on Amazon.

Write articles relating to the benefits of using the product. Make sure you're linking from the articles to your presell page, that has instructional YouTube videos of the product, as well as testimonial videos of happy clients/customers who have used your Amazon product.

Keep creating fresh content linking to your presell page or Amazon store. Google will eventually rank your pages high in the search engine results for your keywords, provided that your articles and YouTube videos have your main and LSI keywords in them, and your main keywords is the anchor text linking to your presell pages. Example: "how to make money online in 24 hours"

When selling items on eBay or Amazon, I use these two research sites to find my buyer keywords:
Sonar - #1 Free Amazon Keyword and Merchant Words Research Tool Amazon KW research
    and...
    Scientific Seller keyword tool: https://www.webretailer.com/profiles...yword-tool.asp
For eBay, you can always go through the completed listings and find additional or even negative keywords for your items.
Amazon is harder to do this with.
Of course, if you are in a hurry you can always use ubersuggests.
Hopefully, these two services will help you out.
