Why does Facebook temporarily restricts joining and posting in groups.

Hello Folks, I am a new graphic designer. Whenever I try to post my teespring or any other site campaign URL on my joined Facebook groups, It restricts me for few days from posting as well as joining new groups. MY Facebook ac is also old, And I am daily logging in my ac and posting on my timeline. someone told me they must be blocking you because of old ac. Please suggest how do I solve this?

Thanks.
Devendra.

The frustrating thing is that they don't tell you specifically what triggered your block.

I've had that happen a couple of times in the past, and from what I can tell, it's a frequency thing. If they see you posting the same content to a lot of groups in a short period of time, it triggers some kind of spam warning and they automatically suspend your priveledges for a week.

What posting rate triggers it? Well, since it's automated and Facebook is so opaque, there's no real way to know, unfortunately.

Thanks for the suggestion. Is there any other free alternate option to promote teespring campaigns? If yes please reply.

    Devendra,

    It's a combination of triggers.

Primarily, it boils down to four triggers:

    1. Volume: the amount you're posting to groups.
    2. Frequency: how fast you're posting.
    3. URL: using the same URL.
    4. Promotion: spreading monetized media.

Facebook (and all other major social networks) use spam filters to limit certain activities that either hurt the user-experience or act as an income leak for the platform.

You need to adopt a different approach to growing TeeSpring traffic. You'll be putting your account in jeopardy at the moment.

    Cheers,

    Tom

No worries, mate; glad to help.

Easy is a relative term, but two easy ways are as follows:

        1. Growing your Socials.
        2. YouTube.

I could offer up over a hundred different ways - started marketing in the mid-90s - but those two above are your go-to routes for tees in 2018.

You could be tempted with media buys (like FB Ads) but I'd recommend you avoid buying traffic for now.

Use free, organic traffic routes first.

Once you've learned how to convert free traffic, then you can ramp it up (if you fancy) with paid. But, usually, paid isn't necessary.

The way to approach selling tees online (when using non-paid procedures) is to avoid being too salesy/ promotional.

You want to grow large volumes of traffic and user-engagement by syndicating valuable and highly-sharable media.

Avoid selling your tees with the media. Use the media to grow traffic to monetized platforms (where you sell the tees) and grow your audience, instead.

        Cheers,

        Tom

Per day you can post up to 20 groups
But not at instant, take time, a gap of 15 minutes

in the Gap you can do some different hings

    Post to Relevant groups

Like if you have YouTube link then post it to the YouTube Groups

Dont Join groups frequently - 10 groups per day join

Perhaps if you had your own domain and hosting and either hosting a landing page or redirect it might help?

Most of the groups I'm in don't allow posting links. Are you reading the rules of each group before you post?
