Paying sales commissions for SEO packages
What is a reasonable sales commission percentage to pay sales reps for closing SEO monthly retainer deals?
I'm thinking the following but wasn't sure if it is too generous or not enough ( my packages start at $699 and up,
$50 commission for the consultation appt, 15% of first month contract and 5% for the next 5 months, 15% one time bonus for contract up sells or renewal
