    Base your content around trends. These trends:

    1. Keyword Trends.

    Search terms that are trending across platforms.

    2. Classic Trends.

    Topics that have been in fashion for years.

    3. Power Trends.

    Hugely popular trends that have a short shelf life.

    4. Style Trends.

    Trends in terms of how content is presented.

    5. News Trends.

    Items in the news that are trending.

    Yeah the "unbelievably factor" is HUGE. Like Enfusia said, the shocking the heck out of people is highly effective but also good to make sure you have a nugget in there somewhere that people can actually benefit from so it gives them an incentive to maybe look at your other videos, or better yet subscribe.

    You need to find the low competition keyword and after make a video about that keyword so will get thousands of views on YouTube. Good luck.

    Why the views have to produce money in a consequence way?

    It depends on the advertiser, on what you are doing etc.

    It's the worst business imho: stick to email marketing which is better and your are not under other's rules, like google.
