If they are shared IPs it is pretty easy to get blacklisted.

You may want to try a service like mailchannels to run your emails through. They helped me with spamhaus issues. https://www.mailchannels.com

One of the hosts we use "skynethosting.net" has the mailchannels services available as an optional service for a very modest charge. Solved 99.9% of blacklisting issues pretty quickly.

    Best regards,

Blacklist happens when an incoming mail fails to satisfy Spamhaus' criteria for a legit mail. I suggest you use SendGrid to get you off that blacklist. You can avoid being blacklisted by customizing your content, closely monitor your complaints and check out the highs and lows of your campaign.

Bulk email software is designed for sending to cold contacts, and every measure is taken to ensure that the process is 100 percent CAN-SPAM and CASL-compliant. Plus, you don't have to worry about being suspended or blacklisted. Unlike typical ESPs, bulk email software uses dedicated domains and IPs to distribute your campaign, so even if there is a problem, your online reputation remains unscathed along with your corporate IPs and domains.
