Domain name containing ONLINE

Hi,

Is that right/feasible/standard to have ONLINE in the .COM domain name. I want to register domain for drop shipping store and thinking to register with ONLINE as suffix.

Secondly please advise if three alphabets before ONLINE would be feasible like BXGONLINE.com, VEZONLINE.com.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Regards,

Riz

Personally I do not like the idea of this for a couple reasons. First off to have a. Online website domain is somewhat of a redundancy. After all the user has to be online to even get to the domain name quite silly to call .online that's kind of a given. Secondly.

Online is not recognized as a frontrunner in the internet business world any way possible to avoid that and get a primary such as a.com would be 1000 to 1 preference.

I would never even think about getting a DOT online or. Anything other than a.com unless it was a rare exception and there I would have to be a very good reason.

My apologies, in that case then yes I personally believe that domains with online in them inside a dot com domain do have a nice ring to them.

I try to stick with .com domains as much as possible. With that being said I believe a .online could work.

Hi! I don't think you'll have a problem with that. When it comes to the suffix, think of a suffix that is related to the niche you're targeting. -Micah

There is this myth in the online world of marketing that you have to have a dot com or it won't rank

Total crap any domain will rank it is just how much you work to make it happen , you could give a domain with the word www(keyword).horse at the end and it would rank fantastic for anything to with horses but maybe not for Insurance or finance! unless you worked on it

The only way you are going to know what works is to A/B test both domains btw I have just bought two domains with online and they were only $1 on name cheap and it works for my new online program just fine so give it a go
