Hi All, Back after 8 years (Starting all over again) - Hope ya'll will extend a warm welcome :)

Hello Fellow Warriors,

I was an active participant on www.WarriorForum.com from 2006 to 2009.

Learnt a lot here. Implemented few techniques that I learnt here.

After that, personal and professional work kept me busy, hence, I wasn't able to participate here.

I have tried affiliate marketing, blogging, adsense, services, and a whole bunch of things online, and I'd say it's not a waste of time at all.

I stopped actively working online from 2014 as work pressure increased for me.

Though my internet journey hasn't been bad at all, as in last 11 years (8 active years), I've cumulatively made around $200,000.00

Now my earning is $0. I have a few blogs that I'm running, which has traffic, none significant.

However, the point of this post is,I'm starting all over again, from scratch as things have changed quite a lot, when compared to a decade ago,

I need all your wishes and help.

I might sound naive at times, but please pardon me and treat me as a newbie.

My target for this year is - to reach automated $200 / month by 31st Dec, 2018.

I'll update my progress regularly on by blog.

    First off Welcome Back ! If you were successful years ago, some of it has not change. Evergreen niches still exist, you need traffic and conversions and a few other things. Here is a suggestion go to the Warrior Path section, read a few threads there - https://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-path/ take a good luck at the PPl Affiliate Blog that one may get you back in producing income because of your past experience. Good Luck

      Thank you.

      With ever changing algorithms from Google, ever increasing competition it'll be fun to rebuild it all.

      Learning will be different now. I do have offline business / work, and online will be secondary source. Having known it's potential, I've decided to leverage it improve my earnings.

      Since technology has changed, I might take some time getting back into the game, but since I have technical experience and I know the fundamentals and basics of marketing, optimization, I'll note take much time.

      However, the area I'll need help with is, tools which can help me grow quickly, techniques that other people are employing to automate / improve their businesses.

      I'll stick around, do some reading bit - old school type and hopefully will ramp up to speed quickly.

        Welcome back! I understand what you're saying about pressure at work, and I too took a bit of a break. I was still active with IM in general but not as much as I could have been. With all of the changes in environment, with algorithms, changes in PPC costs everywhere you look, the main thing I have learned to embrace is the ever so high importance in your email lists. At least, that is where I have focused more so than SEM, SMM, PPC. My main focus is list building. Please keep us all updated as to what seems to be your primary ROI driver. I would be curious to know if others are experiencing the same thing. Again, welcome back to WF!

      will www.forumwarrior.com has the same impact as www.warriorforum.com ?

      I'll start with AdSense, have a blog which has been up for 10+ years and has decent traffic, even without doing much. Time to review it.

      I did brush up my SEO basics. Things have changed, so will work on cleaning up unnecessary posts from them, and update all the good posts to begin with.

      I see that you are into affiliate marketing, if there is anything you'd want to talk about, we can catch up via PM.
