How can I grow my business of Domain & Hosting ? Can any one guide me in this ?

Also I would like to know, is there any portal where I can do advertisement of this business ?

I look at the similar website mydomain-hosting.info & they provide good service & have good number of customer, but not sure how they manage to get new customer.
