I need help to get Subscribers for My youtube Channel..

I think you are doing very well for just a couple months. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will have 1000 subs in no time. Its a marathon not a sprint.

Why would you even bother with this?

1,000 subscribers would be like $0.11 in ad clicks on a good day.

Plus you have to keep being Youtubes biach and ads turn off when subscriber counts drop.

Well all you need to do is to engage with your audience, like asking then what they want you to do, and then promote your site, telling them to hit like and subscribe.

Do you want to increase your number of subscribers only to get YouTube ads? That doesn't look justified. Try other ways to monetize. Even with 1000 subscribers, you will get only penny s..

I agree with engaging with your audience. Make sure you reply to comments and ask them what they want to see.

Also you analyze your viewer retention, because if this is low that could be a major factor in not getting subscribers.

Social media is another option worth considering along with syndication your videos to other video sites.

Start by generating content that your visitors/watchers will like, interact with them as much as possible, etc. That's a start.

You can buy them... but you could also endorse your content to other social media platforms Try promoting your content to people, whom you feel, are able to connect with you.

1) Enough catchy videos
2) Make Your channel title catchy and SEO friendly
3) Make at least 200 words content for each video with relevant keywords
4) Promote the channel on different different Social Media Channels

You can share promo videos on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Adding links in video to reach you channel, familiarizing channel name through video, promoting logo in videos etc too will work

If you want more Subscriber, you have to follow some rules for ranking your youtube channel.\
1. Title should be attractive so that people forcibly attract to click on your video.
2. Thumbnail should be clear and properly design so that people easily understand what is inside the video.
3. Content Description should be good, it should define things accurately.
4. Also video must be good, don't make fake thumbnail for more views, Because may people come to your video 2 or 3 times wrongly by seeing thumbnail but it give very wrong effect,people are never like to come your channel again and again because by these type of things you lost the trust of viewers.
5. Tags should be good and effective. Also think about the keywords which people search more and more. so that they can easily find video and you may get good traffic on your channel.
6. Your channel must have URL or short name so that people can easily find your channel.
7. Your video content should not be copyright . Otherwise, you got copyright strike and banned by youtube partnership.
8. You must follow all the condition related to youtube partner program.
9. Share your video on social media as much as you can. Because its give good traffic to your youtube channel.
10. Link all your social account with youtube it helps a lot to get good traffic.
