Any software for correcting into Native English?

Hi, is there any software or service online that can correct a sentence into native English?

I just started my first blog and I am not that good with English and at the moment unable to hire a content writer.

    Hi iA,

    I'm not aware of any software that does this in natural sounding, smooth fashion.

    My suggestion; write 1000 words daily in a Word doc. Trash the doc. Auto correct yourself

    Practicing writing is the best way to become a skilled, capable writer whether you are a native speaker or ESL.

      Though I do not think it can correct whole sentences (at least in the "free" mode), Grammarly seems one of the better online tools. I too use it.

    I also recommend Grammarly. You can select your language preferences (American, British, Canadian, or Australian rules). I haven't found a software that can select all mistakes and.. always guess what I try to say but Grammarly is the best I've tried.

    You say you can't hire a writer. How about writing your own content and then paying somebody to edit/proof read it for you? You'll find it's cheaper than paying a writer.

    I use grammarly extension in Chrome browser and it works perfectly. I don't know how good is its paid plan. (Free) It doesn't corrects your whole structure of sentences, but at least grammarly corrects accurately small grammatical mistakes like articles, prepositions, determiners,etc.

    iAiden, I didn't say hire somebody from Fiverr. But that is one option.
    Or hire somebody from the Warriors for hire section here. It's entirely up to you. My point is that it's cheaper to hire somebody to correct your work than to write it for you. I know because I work as a writer and also as an editor/proofreader.

    Practice won't make you a Native English speaker.

    How about writing your own content and then paying somebody to edit/proof read it for you? You'll find it's cheaper than paying a writer.

    One way you can improve your English is to read a lot. A LOT. Watch American or British shows. You'll notice over time the language will 'seep' into how you write in English.

    Writing is editing. Even native speakers struggle with writing. Internet writing is conversational writing. Don't worry about the grammar critics.

    Try this.

    1. Write in Word and use Word's spelling and grammar check.
    2. Install the free Grammarly extension on Chrome. Buy the app if you can.
    3. Copy and paste your writing to hemingwayapp.com to verify that you're writing in the active voice.

    Google can translate basic translations, but if you are looking for a better option then Grammarly is worth looking into. If you think that answers to your needs then try out the paid version. Cheers!

    I would also recommend www.grammarly.com. It is a required tool for my VA's to use and it helps them out tremendously. Of course, I review all of the content before publishing, but it is definitely a good place for you to start. After using the program for a little while, I would start practicing writing on my own.

    The problem will always be that if you do not speak/write English as your native language, you will never really know how bad software or anyone you hire to write/proofread/edit is.

    I find it very hard to believe that anyone posting here that is using software, is using it even though they speak/write English perfectly. Therefore, even they don't know how bad the grammar really is from that software.

    The best solution is to hire someone who is a native English writer for editing what you write and who has testimonials from other people who also are native English speakers about the quality of their work.

    I highly recommend Grammarly, when you're just typing away and writing whatever is coming to your mind sometimes you can make mistakes.

    Grammarly will help correct your English, missing commas etc... The free version is good for the time being check it out though.
