Landing pages
As I understand it landing pages is one of the best ways to promote an affiliate offer. Here is what I understand considering this:
1. You get a domain name relevant to your niche.
2. You find a good host for your page.
3. You put your logo, images, some sales text and maybe a video on it.
4. You can then either have a short form readers can subscribe to for your mailing list.
and/or
4. You can put your affiliate links on this page (used for direct sales or sometimes to test a specific product/service's conversion rate)
5. You then use free methods (like social media) or payed methods (like google ads) to promote this page.
6. You setup your ads and research the best keywords to use and then post them on social media or via google adwords.
Do I have the basic of that right or am I missing something?
