Maxbounty Bing Ads are not getting approved even after Landing page

I am New in CPA marketing.
So I tried to run Bing Ads but it was not giving any impression or clicks. I contacted to Bing Support. they told me that Your Landing page is not compiled with editorial guidelines. And contains Monitization links.

They Also said that " It appears here that there is a penalty on the ad and editorial team place a hold on the ad delivery. The team identified that the ads are only used for monetization. Sites or landing pages within this account feature content that functions primarily to support ad monetization."

Can Any One help me how you are getting approved with Bing ads even having Maxbounty Link on it??

Run your traffic to a squeeze page. You can redirect to your CPA offer when people opt-in.

Are you direct linking or using a squeeze page ? If your page contains little content, exaggerated claims and auto play video then you will have an issue. Ask bing directly what needs to be changed, they are best placed to help you.

      This.

You could try a bridge page, but you can still get slapped by Bing for the bridge page policy. They're not a big fan of this since it's basically circumventing their systems. I would reach out to Bing and ask them what's wrong so that you avoid picking an offer that contains that type of issue in the future. Stay inside of their terms if you want to build a long-term business.

Do you have a landing page or are you direct linking?

If you are direct linking, try building your own landing page first.

Do you have access to a direct to cart page for that offer? If you do, I would try direct linking to that.
