How to promote Adult CPA Offers for FREE in 2018?

Despately seeking traffic,
Pretty much the same going on with me, I have 3 tube site,s and 2 cam sites, for the past 6 months have been buying traffic from fivrr and ebay , just to test here and there, i think i may have found a good one , not so much traffic maybe 80 or 90 visits / day and judgeing by google analytis it,s all comeing from bonofide well known adult traffic services, 20 euro,s a month not bad if it convertd but it doesn,t ok i got 40 euro back so far , so we know the whole system doe,s work but i must need thousands and thousands to make a buck here, i am signed up with crack revenue and they have realy good offer,s with spectacular banner,s and beuty,s plying their charm,s but quite frankly i would get more responce if i was to write my website on a big red ballon and tied it to the chimney pott,s on my roof.
Am i standing outside wallmarkt trying to sell a hammer for 50 euro,s.
Twitter , so far i have 200 folower,s and it grow,s every day and every day i post tumblr reddit yep every day,all my site,s even the cam site,s are indexed with google, i can buy traffic for one site every month with a banner link to one of the cam site,s, and soldier on untill time and experiance make it all work.

Do people ever make money promoting adult with no budget? Sorry I only ask as this is one of the largest and most saturated niches with many big players and companies. I thought it was pretty much all paid.
