Starting a Health Related Niche Site

So what are the avenues to monetize a health related niche site? Back in the day, I used to have a coupon code site and had a relationship with affiliate networks like: CJ, SAS, Linkshare, etc.

That was a long time ago and this is a very different niche. Are there affiliate networks that are specific to health? Should I be looking somewhere else?

It's been a while for me and I appreciate any input.

Hey Seymour, the health niche is HUGE!
I am sure that you will make it work. Going from your past experience. Just make sure that you are not to deep in a subniche that it is not profitable.

I agree to wrcato2, health niche is very wide.
Consider your time and effort in building your relationship with the audience, and of course Phlanx platform can help you.

Health niche? But what are products? Ebook or Medicine? If it's medicine, I think it should be Amazon.

  • The ClickBank marketplace has many digital products in the "health niches".

The "health" niche is very broad, it's like the " weight loss" niche. Perhaps when you decide to pick a sub niche in the Health niche, then you can dominate your niche as a mini celebrity who markets digital products to a health related sub niche online.

A while ago, i used to promote for a company called market health. I made good money with them a few years ago, but then i sold the site. Check out some of their reviews as i'm not sure what they are like now, but they are a specific platform just for the health niche.

    Nutra offers?
NUTRA is an abbreviation from Nutraceutical or Nutritional Supplements. Here is a nice definition for you : "Nutraceuticals is a broad umbrella term that is used to describe any product derived from food sources with extra health benefits in addition to the basic nutritional value found in foods.

MarketHealth is the main CPA network I know about that focuses on offers having to do with health issues.

Connect with blogs, or businesses who are also on the same niche. Do collaborations to reach a larger audience. You can also consider influencer marketing for this one.

I did take a look at MarketHealth. Seems like one option to potentially monetize. I plan to look for at the different affiliate networks for products/services that fit into my niche.

Good question and let's be honest I am in the beginner's area so I really don't know.

As far as the health niche in very generally terms "the negative effects of eating xxxxxx", but maybe that's not a good topic in terms of being able to monetize.

There's lot's of health niche affiliate offers out there.

You can go to Google and search for affiliate offers .

Using a sub niche in Health
For example, if you're in weight loss niche.

You can input weight loss + affiliate program and you'll see lots of affiliate programs you can sign up.

I see limitless possibilities here; you can write eBooks, create courses, offer ad space. I always like sharing free content and making friends with top folks in my niche, to set the foundation for successful monetizing. The income streams are receiving channels and the money is made by sharing valued content and by making friends to expand your reach.

As others have stated the health niche is still very large.

I would even say try what you did before as that type of promotion still often works well.

Really health niche is so important. In daily life, you can see much marketing products related to health. But you must have to promote most important and vital topics via social media so as to drive more traffic to the website and to explore your product/ information related to health.

The health niche is a good idea. It is one of the few industries that are least affected by market ups and downs.

  • yeah, the nutra offers are now a big thing and lot of affiliate marketers are going after it, specially since many of them consider recurring billing.

I know many people who are making $XX,XXX per month via a 1 man or 2 man operation. So it's definitely still a good niche.

Just stay away from the "fake" nutra providers.

Market health comes to mind. You can also promote products from Amazon, ClickBank and CJ still has plenty. FlexOffer is good and MaxBounty, as well, if you want CPA offers and other offers.

  • Try to target a very specific niche so you do not get overwhelmed and lost in the process. Then focus more on branding and content marketing.
