I want to start membership site

Hello

I wanna build a membership site under business online niche

I am trying to narrow the niche down and i had came with some ideas like :

membership site teach people how to profit from building website for example

I do not want to be general about business online, i am trying to came with sub niches

Note : i want to build the website in Arabic languge, where there is no compititive there and because its my native languge

I appreciate any help to come up with sub niche

    Im thinking if you have no competition, then why look for a sub niche?

    In the US were competition is high, you almost have to start out in a sub niche, but you wont have competition.

    Do some research within your demographic. Find something in the "Online Business" niche and look for what there is a demand for with no competition.

    Online business is not really a niche. The next sub category would be the niche (IMO).

      I actually Agree with you, In Arabic when it comes to build an online bussnies you will find no competition, I see in US the people have to create new niches all the time

      The sub niche i found for example is a membership site teaching people how to start an website and profit from it in several ways

      I can go general, But i think its not good idea, people love the specific website that focus on one thing

      What do you think ?

    I have to agree with Discover Ecommerce. You would only need sub-niches if you're in a highly competitive setting. But I would just like to know why would you like to go very specific when you can start generic?

      I think the website that focuses on one thing better than the generic website.

      I can actually start a generic website, If i do not found good sub-niche then I will start a generic website

    You may be in a position of starting with a niche, and develop a sub niche for a membership group within that niche.

    Once you get that running smoothly (good content and enough of it) you can start another sub niche membership group.

    You will already have the traffic (in an email list). You are simply taking the people who may not be interested in the first sub niche and possibly moving them into the other sub niche.

    You could, theoretically, have 4-5 sub niche membership groups.

    I'm starting this wish I were in your shoes.

    Just get started. Try to rank for multiple keywords in your sub niches for online business

    I'm confused. If you are already saying you are going to be building the site in Arabic where there is no competition then why do you need to drill down in the niche? You might be going too small of a target audience if you do this.

    Before you start building your online business, you need to identify what your business stand for and why people would need you or your business. I guess it is better to start from there because I remember during my initial days, I was in a hurry to make money fast excited to build my website without the full clarity why should my business exist, and without knowing this, I've wasted my previous time without seeing any dollar deposited to my account.I almost give up my dreams & thinking to go back to the 9-5 job again because I don't see any sign of success. That first website doesn't exist anymore.

    But, after figuring this out (my core why - my business mission) my business continues to grow.

    Instead of focusing on the niche and agonizing about that, ask yourself, "Where am I going to find the TRAFFIC of people who could become buyers?"

    It's all well and good to make a membership site. But you still need people to learn of its existence and make a buying decision.

    Where's your crowd?

    Find it first, then investigate the crowd to find out who it is made of. That will tell you what to focus the site on.
